Instructions
Step 1
Cook egg, noodles for 7min, drain and set aside
Step 2
Finely chop 1/2 Vidalia onion and 1/2 green bell pepper, and combine, then add 2 tbsp butter to a hot skillet and saute vegetables until soft
Step 3
Combine noodles, pepper and onions, mustard, mayonnaise, onion, drained tuna, cream of mushroom soup and milk to a large bowl, stir to combine
Step 4
Add mixed ingredients to a pre greased 9x13 dish, top with 2oz of crumbled potato chips, and bake for 25 mins at 375°
