Rolled oats – 100 g
Low-fat milk – 500 ml
Peanut butter – 25 g
Banana – 1 medium (~120 g)
Almonds – 10 g

Instructions
Step 1
Heat milk in a pan until warm.
Add oats and cook for 5–7 minutes on medium flame.
Stir continuously until thick.
Add peanut butter and mix well.
Slice banana and add on top.
Garnish with chopped almonds.
