Instructions

Step 1
Soak Lentils 3hrs to overnight in room temp water, in the fridge Mix the seeds and oats together with 1 cup water. Let sit 1-2 hour Add drained and rinsed lentils, half cup water, honey, salt, yeast to a bowl and blend until smooth. Mix in seed/oats Stir to combine. Add in UP TO half cup oat flour and mix. should be thick like porridge. Let proof 10 to 30 min. Scoop even amounts into prepared (oiled andnparchment lined) mini loaf pans and tap to level. Cook 30 min at 350. Remkve to cool completely
