Instructions
Step 1
Wash grapes, leave only the water that clings on them. Add no water. Boil grapes stirring occasionally, boil til mushy. Put through seive. Then to grape liquid add 5 cups sugar to 4 cups of juice. Dissolve sugar by stirring well. Bring this to a full rolling boil, remove from fire (the burner) and beat constantly with large spoon or electric beater (hand mixer) on slow / low constantly for 20 min. Then pour into jelly glasses and seal (cover) with parafin (wax or plastic wrap).
