In June 2010 we held a 'Winter Warmers' evening for the mainly music Mum's. This is one of the recipes we were given by Elaine Scurr.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven. Pop the flour, baking powder, salt & butter into a food processor and whizz to 'rub' the butter into the flour. Add the milk, a little at a time, until it automatically forms into a ball in the food processor. Turn ball of dough out onto a floured board. Knead a little, roll, shape into scones, place on greased tray. Place them so they will rise into one another. This gives them soft sides. Place further apart if you like them a little crunchy.
