Chicken Wrap Box (Honey Mustard Sauce)

Instructions

1. COOK THE CHICKEN:

Step 1
Heat a pan on medium-high heat

Add a small splash of the olive oil (from your 30ml total)

Add the 110g chicken
Step 4
Cook for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked

Season with 2g salt, 1g pepper and 1g paprika powder

Remove from pan and let it rest 2–3 minutes

Slice into small strips or chunks

2. PREPARE THE VEGETABLES:

Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves (100g)

Chop or tear the lettuce (50g) into bite-sized pieces

3. MAKE THE SAUCE:

Combine 120g quark, 22g honey and 10g mustard in a bowl

Mix until smooth and creamy

4. ASSEMBLE THE WRAPS:

Lay both wraps flat

Divide evenly the chicken, cheese, tomatoes and lettuce

5. ADD FATS + SAUCE:

Drizzle the remaining olive oil (30ml total) over the fillings

Spoon the sauce evenly on top

6. WRAP IT:

Fold in the sides

Roll tightly from bottom to top into a wrap

7. PREP FOR STORAGE:

Cut each wrap in half

Place in a meal prep container
