Instructions
Step 1
1. Mix cheesecake shards by mixing ingredients, spread thin layer and freezing completely. Cut into shards. 100% do this on parchment or it will stick!
Step 2
2. Bake sliced strawberries at 250°F (120°C) for 15 min, cool.

3. Cream butter + sugars. Mix in egg, yolk, vanilla, milk.

4. Stir in dry ingredients until soft dough forms.
Step 5
5. Fold in strawberries + cheesecake chunks. Swirl in jam.
Step 6
6. Scoop 12 balls, cover & chill overnight.
Step 7
Bake
Step 8
7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 min.
Step 9
8. Shape with a cutter while warm.
