Instructions
Step 1
Bring large pot of lightly salted water to boil and cook macaroni until tender (about 8 minutes). Rinse and drain.
Step 2
Blend all vegetables in a blender or food processor.
Step 3
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate a minimum of 4 hours, overnight preferred.
