Instructions
Step 1
Peel and slice the shallot onion into thin rings.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and cook the burger patties for 3–4 minutes on each side, season both sides with salt and pepper, then place cheese on top and let it melt slightly, and remove the patties from the pan to rest.
Step 3
In the same pan add the chorizo and cook it until browned on both sides, then place the slices on top of the patties.
Step 4
Toast the burger buns in the same pan on both sides.
Step 5
Spread sriracha mayonnaise on both bun halves, then on the bottom bun place the patty with melted cheese and chorizo, and top with onion, pickled cucumber, and arugula.
Step 6
Place the top bun on the burger and serve.
