Prepare Dry Coating: In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Prepare VWet Mixture: In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Coat the Chicken (Double Crunch): Dip each chicken breast into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, then back into the flour mixture again for an extra crispy coating. Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels. Make the Sauce: In a saucepan, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar (or lemon juice). Bring to a simmer. Thicken Sauce: Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the sauce. Cook until thickened (1-2 minutes). Combine: Toss fried chicken in the honey garlic sauce or drizzle it over the top. Serve: Serve hot with rice, fries, or vegetables.
