Peach and Ginger Smoothie
Peaches make for a fantastically refreshing, almost slush-like drink. The sweetness of the apple juice and the cooling effect of the mint pair perfectly with the peach’s silky flavor. It’s a light, thirst-quenching, and energizing drink. The flavor is sweet and fruity, and the mint and lemon make it incredibly fresh. I recommend it to those who don’t like heavy, filling breakfasts in the morning, but crave an instant wake-up call in the form of a pure fruit explosion.

Instructions
Step 1
Place the mint leaves at the bottom of the blender, then add the frozen peaches and half a banana (so the weight of the fruit presses the leaves down against the blades).
Step 2
Drizzle with honey and lemon juice, then sprinkle with ginger powder.
Step 3
Pour in the apple juice.
Step 4
Blend on high for 45–60 seconds, until the ice-cold peach pieces are completely smooth and you have a thick, refreshing drink.
