Step 1
Place the mint leaves and the chopped banana in the bottom of the blender.
Step 2
Sprinkle the frozen berries on top (so their weight pushes the mint and banana down toward the blades).
Step 3
Pour in the apple juice.
Step 4
Blend on high for about 1 minute. Since these are frozen, small-seeded berries (like currants and strawberries), it’s worth blending a little longer to get a completely smooth, slush-like drink.
