Instructions
Step 1
Mix olive oil, sugar, cider vinegar into a pot and bring to a boil and then allow to cool
Step 2
Add salt, peppers, parsley, garlic, celery, onion and mix
Step 3
Rinse and add one can of each of the following: Black eyed peas, black beans, pinto beans, corn, and pimentos
