Instructions

Step 1
Pour the warm water into the bread pan.
Step 2
Add the egg.
Step 3
Add the ghee and honey.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix oat flour, chickpea flour, psyllium husk, nutritional yeast, salt, and baking powder.
Step 5
Add the dry mixture evenly on top of the liquids.
Step 6
Make a small well in the center of the flour and add the dry yeast there.
Step 7
Select the Gluten-Free program, 500g loaf size, medium crust.
Step 8
After 5–10 minutes of mixing, check the consistency: it should look like a thick batter.
Step 9
If too dry, add 1 tablespoon of water.
Step 10
If too wet, add 1 tablespoon of oat flour.
Step 11
Let the program run until it finishes.
Step 12
When finished, run the Bake program for an additional 10–15 minutes.
Step 13
Remove the bread and let it cool for at least 1 hour before slicing.
