Instructions
Step 1
Mix all wet ingredients in medium bowl until smooth
Step 2
In another large bowl, mix pancake mix, salt, baking powder, and protein powder.
Step 3
Make a well in dry ingredients. Pour wet ingredients into well. Mix until combined.
Step 4
Fold in chocolate chips.
Step 5
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 -22 minutes.
