Slice onions thinly

Melt butter in pan over medium heat, then add garlic and onions to pan

Cook until soft, about 5 - 10 minutes.

Add liver, nutmeg, and chili powder.

Mix all together and cook 3 - 5 minutes.

Add apple cider vinegar and cook for ~+/- 1 minute.

Turn off heat, add salt and pepper.
