Minced sausage orzo with peppers and fresh mozzarella

Instructions

Step 1
Remove sausage skins. Cut veg
Step 2
Break sausage meat up in the pan and slowly cook, add onions, peppers and garlic and fry until smells good
Step 3
Add orzo to the pan with any spices you want and chicken stock cube then add boiling water until everything is covered. I use a lot of garlic
Step 4
When orzo is soft and absorbs the water. Add cream cheese, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil
Step 5
Serve with more mozzarella if required
