2 heaped tbsppeanut butter
400mlcoconut milk
400mlchicken broth
300gudon noodles

Instructions
Step 1
2 chicken breast, cook in olive oil till golden on both sides
Step 2
remove
Step 3
add to the pan: 3 garlic cloves, 1 tbsp red thai curry paste, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp peanut butter and mix
Step 4
add 400ml coconut milk and 400ml chicken stock and mix until smooth
Step 5
add back in the chicken breast and remove when cooked
Step 6
add udon noodles to the broth
Step 7
cook, and serve up with corriander, lime, chilli oil and sesame seeds
