Instructions
Step 1
Dice potatoes.
Step 2
Add potatoes, salt, and water in pot and boil for 12 minutes.
Step 3
Keep half a cup of the cooking liquid. Throw the rest.
Step 4
Add 3 TBSP butter, sour cream, and salt and pepper with potatoes. Mash, occasionally adding splashes of cooking liquid.
