Instructions
Step 1
Bring the glaze ingredients to a boil in a saucepan and let them thicken slightly.
Step 2
Sear the chicken breasts on both sides over high heat in a little oil, seasoning with salt and pepper as you go.
Step 3
When done, brush half of the glaze onto the chicken while still in the pan, then bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15–20 minutes, brushing with the remaining glaze halfway through.
