bread your chicken in flour then egg wash and place in half bread crubs and half panko mixed previously while bringing oil to temp around 180 c or 356 f
Step 2
cut the bread and tomatoes,
Step 3
season the tomatoes with evo oil and salt
Step 4
fry the chicken until golden brown and place on absorbent paper
Step 5
compose the sandwich adding spicy Mayo and enjoy
