Step 1
Slice the zucchini and grill it in a pan with a little olive oil until lightly browned and soft, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Spread the cream cheese evenly over the rye bread and place a layer of fresh salad leaves on top.
Step 3
Add the grilled zucchini and then the smoked salmon on top.
Step 4
Finish with fresh dill and a light sprinkle of black pepper before serving.
