Instructions

Step 1
Wash the salad and cut the tomatoes into pieces, then combine with the olives in a bowl.
Step 2
Fry the shrimps in a pan with a little olive oil until golden and cooked through, then season with salt and pepper.

Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil and lemon juice until slightly emulsified.
