Step 1
Soak the soy curls in the warm vegetable broth for 5 minutes. Squeeze out as much of the broth as possible. Reserve broth for another use.
Step 2
Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil. When the oil shimmers, toss in the peppers and onion. After 5 minutes, add the garlic and sizzle for 30 seconds, add the soy curls and other ingredients. Cook until the soy curls are browned.
