Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat fruit in a saucepan until it breaks down, use a potato masher to get it to your preferred consistency
Step 2
2. Stir in chia seeds, lemon juice, maple syrup.
Step 3
3. Once combined, remove from heat & let it cool for 5 mins + so it thickens
Step 4
4. Store in refrigerator for 1 week or freezer for 3 months
