Instructions

Step 1
Mash the bananas with a fork or masher in a medium bowl.

Add the oat flour and stir well.
Step 3
Add the oats, vanilla and salt and stir well.
Step 4
Mix in the dark chocolate chips and nuts.

Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes for the oats to hydrate.

Mix in the berries.

Use a spoon to scoop the dough onto your baking sheet, 1 generous spoonful (or 1 heaping tablespoon) per cookie. The dough won’t spread out, so you can line the cookies up really close together. If you prefer a larger or smaller cookie, you may need to adjust the baking time.

Bake for 11 to 13 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and no longer mushy. Let cool.

Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
