Instructions
Step 1
Pit and peel a medium avocado. Add rough chunks of the avocado to a blender.
Step 2
Add in 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup buttermilk, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
Step 3
Also add 1/4 small jalapeño (roughly chopped) and 2 cloves garlic.
Step 4
Add water as require to achieve desired consistency.
Step 5
Blend everything together to a create a smooth, creamy sauce. Top on Nachos or any Mexican dish and enjoy!
