Garlic butter Steak and Broccoli Pasta

Instructions

Step 1
1. Prepare the Pasta & Broccoli

• Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
Step 3
• In the last 2 minutes of boiling the pasta, toss the broccoli florets into the same pot to blanch them. Drain and set aside.

2. Sear the Steak

• Pat the steak cubes dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
Step 6
• In a large oven-safe skillet, heat 1 tbsp of oil over high heat.
Step 7
• Sear the steak in batches for 2 minutes per side until browned but still tender. Remove steak from the pan and set aside.

3. Build the Garlic Cream Sauce

• Lower the heat to medium. In the same skillet, melt the butter.
Step 10
• Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 11
• Whisk in the beef broth and heavy cream. Let it simmer for 3–4 minutes until it starts to thicken.

• Stir in the Parmesan cheese until smooth.

4. Combine and Melt

• Toss the cooked pasta and broccoli into the sauce until well-coated.
Step 15
• Fold the steak cubes back into the mix.

• Top the entire skillet with the shredded Mozzarella.
Step 17
• Optional: Place the skillet under a broiler for 2–3 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown, just like the photo.

5. Garnish

• Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and a bit more cracked black pepper.
