Step 1
Step 1 Soak the Soya Twists or tvp in boiling water for 30 mins

Step 2 Strain and squeeze the Soya twists to remove the water.
Step 3
Step 3 Lightly spray your frypan with oil and add the soya twists and the capsicums. Cook until they get a little bit of colour then add the mushrooms. If it gets a bit dry just add a small dash of water.
Step 4
Step 4 Once the mushrooms have cooked down a little add the spices and stock as well as the 1/4 cup of water and cook for a couple of minutes.
Step 5
Step 5 Add the frozen cauliflower rice and cook for 10 minutes or so until its cooked through.
Step 6
Step 6 Top with your favorite fixings and eat ! (I like lime juice and chilli sauce)
