Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta, al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water. Drain the rest
Step 2
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Paprika. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan in medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked (5-7 minutes per side) Rest for a few minutes, then slice or cube
Step 3
In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, cook 30-60 seconds Pour in cream and milk. Bring to a gentle simmer. Add cream cheese, whisk until smooth Slowly add parmesan, stirring continously. Simmer until thick and silky. (3-5 minutes)
Step 4
Combine cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss until everything is coated. Adjust seasoning to taste. Add a bit of pasta water if desired.
