Instructions
Step 1
1. Put the Brocoli in boiling water and boil it from 3 to 5 minutes. When done put it in cold water the same time you boiled it.
Step 2
2. In a large pan put a little bit of olive oil, add the chickpeas and beans (both canned) then add the Brocoli. Season with salt and pepper and a small amount of cumin seeds if you like it (this should take 2-3 minutes).
Step 3
3. Enjoy this side dish with chicken breast, salmon, tuna, etc.
