2 x 8 ozcilantro-lime ready rice

1 Schnuckswhole rotisserie chicken

1 x 1.25 oz30%-less sodium taco seasoning mix

½ cupshredded Mexican-style four-cheese blend
1 cupshredded lettuce
¼ cupmild salsa
¼ cupguacamole

fresh cilantro
For garnish, chopped
jalapeño

Instructions
Step 1
Prepare rice and 4 tortilla bowls according to package directions.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, toss together chicken with taco mix until evenly coated. In each taco bowl, add a layer of rice, chicken, cheese, lettuce, salsa and guacamole. Garnish with cilantro and jalapeño.
