Step 1
1. Cook and shred chicken using your preferred method. I boil the chicken for 20 minutes with 1/4 onion, 3 bay leaves, 1 tbsp salt, and 1 garlic clove.

2. Warm up 4 tortillas on the stovetop for 30 seconds.
Step 3
3. Add about .75 ounces of chicken to each tortilla and roll up. Secure using toothpicks.

4. Spray avocado oil to the top of the tacos.
Step 5
5. Air fry at 350* F for 3 minutes. Flip, add avocado oil spray, and cook for additional 2-4 minutes or until your desired crispiness.
Step 6
6. Add the tacos to a plate. Top with lettuce, Greek yogurt, salsa verde, and queso cotija, and cilantro.
