½ tsponion powder
1 tsppaprika
1 tspgarlic powder
1 Tbspchicken bouillon powder
½ tspcumin
1 tablespoonred wine
1 Tbspwhite vinegar
0.5 canchipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Instructions
For the preparation
Step 1
Cook Pasta as per instruction on the box. After wash them with cold water and let it dry
Step 2
Next, wash the lettuce. Chop lettuce. Then place towel underneath plate. Place the chopped lettuce onto the towel to let it dry
Step 3
Chop the yellow onion, red onion , garlic, and Roma tomatoes. Set aside
Seasoning the Protein
Step 4
Heat up your pan using your choice of cooking Oil. I used avocado oil.
Step 5
Toss in your chopped yellow onions & garlic. Pan fry them until they’re golden brown. That should be 1-2 min.
Step 6
Add in your ground protein and pan fry for 2-3 min.
Step 7
Toss in your seasonings and stir
Step 8
Pour in a table spoon of red wine and white vinegar and stir for 2-3 min or until the meat is not as pink.
Step 9
Add in your chipotle peppers with adobo sauce . Stir for 1 min or less or until the meat is done.
