Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Place the almond milk and bread crumbs into two separate shallow bowls. Slice the pressed tofu into 1" wide strips, dip into the almond milk, then coat with bread crumbs. Place in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake for 10 minutes, then flip the tofu and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until crispy.
Step 4
Place the buffalo tofu strips in a bowl and toss with the hot sauce until coated.
Step 5
Spread the hummus or dressing of choice on each tortilla, add the lettuce, red onion, carrot, broccoli sprouts, and buffalo tofu strips. Fold, wrap and roll tightly!
