Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 deg F
Step 2
Mix together all ingredient for the cookies. Will be slightly sticky at first but the coconut and almond flour will absorb.
Step 3
Shape cookies and flatten. Bake for 12 mins.
Step 4
Let cookies cool completely.
Step 5
Whisk lemon juice and powdered sugar. Drizzle on cooled cookies.
