Instructions

Step 1
Combine tuna, green onions, cucumber, celery, and carrots in a bowl.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix miso paste, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, lime juice, and sesame oil. Add chilli flakes if using.
Step 3
Pour the sauce over the tuna and vegetables and mix well.
Step 4
Top with sesame seeds and furikake/dried seaweed as desired, and serve.
