Instructions

Step 1
1. Mix 2 tablespoons water with PB Fit 2. Toast bread slice 3. Cut 30g of banana into 6 small slices 4. Wilt spinach on high heat with water on stovetop 5. Once spinach wilted and water evaporated, add 3 eggs and scramble them with spinach 6. Once egg/spinach mixture fully scrambled, add 1 oz of cheese and turn of heat and put lid ontop of pan 7. Apply PB Fit mixture to toasted bread then add banana slices on top of toast 8. Plate and enjoy!!
