Instructions

Step 1
Cook the rice according to package directions. Fluff and set aside.
Step 2
Pat shrimp dry, then toss with cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with oil. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until crispy and golden. Remove from heat.
Step 4
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, sugar, and rice vinegar until smooth.
Step 5
Divide rice between bowls. Top with shrimp, avocado, cucumber, carrots, and cabbage. Drizzle with bang bang sauce and finish with green onions and sesame seeds!
