Instructions

Beans

Step 1
Combine everything in a saucepan.

Whisk until smooth.

Heat over medium-low, stirring frequently.

Add additional water 1 Tbsp at a time until the beans are softer and creamier than you'd normally serve.

Sauce

Whisk all ingredients together in a small saucepan while cold.

Assemble Burritos

Warm the tortilla for 15-20 seconds. Spread the beans down the center. Top with red sauce, onions, and cheese. Roll tightly. Wrap in a damp paper towel and microwave for 15-20 seconds.
