Speedy Satay Noodles

They're cheap, comforting, take minutes to make, and somehow taste way better than you'd imagine they would. If you've got bigger eaters, add extra noodles and double the sauce. You could also throw in some chicken, capsicum, corn, carrots or whatever needs using up in the fridge.

Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, sweet chilli sauce, garlic, soy sauce and boiling water. Mix until smooth.
Step 2
Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions.
Step 3
Drain and add the noodles to the satay sauce. Toss well to coat.
Step 4
Serve and sprinkle with sliced spring onions if you have them.
