Instructions

Step 1
If using fresh soft noodles, boil them until just tender, drain, and pan-fry them in a little oil in a wok until crispy on the outside. Remove to a plate.
Step 2
In the same wok, stir-fry the chicken until browned.
Step 3
Add your vegetables and almonds and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Whisk the chicken broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch together. Pour it into the wok.
Step 5
Simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables and meat.
Step 6
Pour the thickened stir-fry directly over your crispy pan-fried noodles.
