Instructions

2. Combine everything except the yoghurt for serving.

3. Let the mixture sit for 10–15 minutes. The oats and chia seeds will absorb the extra liquid and thicken the batter.
Step 3
Set airfryer to baking mode. 160 degrees. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until just set. Don’t overbake—the centre should still be slightly soft.
Step 4
5. Serve with 100 g high-protein Greek yoghurt.
