Instructions

Step 1
Heat sous vide water to 148 degrees
Step 2
In vacuum sealed bag, add chicken breasts, 1/4 stick butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder and Voodoo rub and vacuum sealed bag
Step 3
Add to Sous Vide for 3 hours
Step 4
Remove breasts from vacuum sealed bag (save the drippings in bag for dipping sauce) and pat dry
Step 5
Season dried be as ts with Voodoo rub and add to 425 degree pit for approx 6-8 minutes.
Step 6
Add juices from bag and add 3 tablespoons of butter and some more Voodoo rub. This is the dipping sauce
