Chicken & Rice with Cottage Cheese Sauce

Instructions

Step 1
Season chicken with complete seasoning. Put in pan with chicken stock.
Step 2
Chop roasted peppers and onion. Add to chicken and stock
Step 3
Cook for 10 minutes, 325 degrees convection
Step 4
Blend cottage cheese while chicken mixture is cooking.
Step 5
Add blended cottage cheese to the sauce in pan once 10 minutes is up. Let chicken continue to cook until safe temp reached. About another 10 to 20 minutes
Step 6
Cook broccoli and rice separately. Add to dish or plates once chicken and sauce is cooked
