Ingredients
10 servings
1 lbRed beans
1 lbsausage
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
½ Tbspgarlic powder
½ Tbsponion powder
5bay leaves

1 Tbspparsley
2 Tbspbutter
32 ozchicken broth
4 cupswater
Rice (optional if keto diet)
Instructions
Step 1
Sort through red beans (making sure there are no rocks.
Step 2
Rinse the red beans, then pour into crockpot.
Step 3
Add chicken broth & water.
Step 4
Add all dry seasonings, bay leaves, and butter.
Step 5
Cut up your perfered sausage and add to crockpot.
Step 6
Stir everything together.
Step 7
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours.
Step 8
Cook rice over the stove or in a Rice cooker.
Step 9
Serve over jasmine rice. If you are on keto just skip adding rice.
Step 10
Time to eat!
