Ingredients
8 servings
1 cupbutter
softened
1 cupbrown sugar
½ cupgranulated sugar
2eggs
large
2 tspvanilla
2 ¾ cupsall-purpose flour
1 tspbaking soda
1 tspcornstarch
½ tspsalt
1 cupmini Peanut Butter M&M s
', or chopped regular Peanut Butter M&M's
1 cupmini pretzel
chopped
¾ cupcaramel bits
or chopped soft caramels, freeze first
½ cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
optional but helps tie flavors together
½ cupbutter
softened
½ cupcreamy peanut butter
2 cupspowdered sugar
1 Tbspmilk
1 tspvanilla
12Rolos
Instructions
Step 1
Make the Dough
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Mix flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt in a separate bowl.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
Fold in pretzels, M&M's, caramel bits, and chocolate chips.
Step 2
Bake
Press dough into a greased 9-inch round pan.
Press a few extra M&M's and pretzel pieces on top.
Bake at 325°F for 30–35 minutes.
The center should look set but still slightly soft.
Cool Completely
Step 3
Frost & Decorate
Beat frosting ingredients until fluffy.
Pipe around the edge.
Place Rolos around the border.
