Instructions
Step 1
Flash sear the beef in the hot pan with a splash of oil – 2 mins each side. Let it rest while you assemble the rest of the veg.
Step 2
In a bowl, layer cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, pepper, spring onion.
Step 3
Whisk the sesame dressing together.
Step 4
Slice or tear the beef into bite‑sized pieces.
Step 5
Toss everything together or plate the veg and lay the beef on top.
Step 6
Finish with sesame seeds, herbs, and a squeeze of lime.
