Instructions

Step 1
Soak lasagne in hot water. Chop veggies & saute 'til tender. Add tomatoes & tomato paste. Mix cottage cheese, egg & parmesan. Assemble in layers. Top w/cheddar. Cover w/foil. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hrs. Remove foil. Bake additional 20 min. Let stand 20 min. Serve.
