Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a greased 9x13 casserole dish, add the Mexican rice, chicken broth, salsa, taco seasoning, and shredded chicken. Stir well to combine.

Sprinkle the shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes, or until the rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
